Our All Inclusive Package

This is for someone that wants help with the entire event; from start to finish. Our package includes design, planning and coordination of the event. This includes attending site visits, vendor meetings/tastings and Day-of-Coordination.

 

We offer packages that include but are not limited to all-inclusive design, planning and coordination experience. As planners, we will spend approximately 50 hours designing and planning and 10 hours of coordinating the day of the event. We will determine your financial budget and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors. 

For an All-Inclusive Package, we assist with the following:

  • Coordinating with our customer and the guest(s) of honor.

  • Venue selection

  • Selecting a unique theme or style; overall décor including florals, floor plan and layout

  • Caterer; food, beverage, cake and dessert selection; tastings

  • DJ, band or other entertainment

  • Photographer; Videographer

  • Transportation and lodging

  • Guest list management; Seating chart assistance

  • Save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, menus, table numbers, programs, party favors

  • Addressing and mailing save-the-dates and invitations

  • Creating and managing event timeline

  • Contract negotiation with all vendors

  • Confirmation with all vendors two weeks and one week before the event

  • On-site event day coordination

  • Budget management and coordination of final payments to vendors

Day of Coordination Package

While many individuals enjoy tackling the planning beforehand, they will agree that they do not want to have to worry about anything on the day of the event. Day-of-Coordination is an incredible option to set your mind at ease so you can enjoy your event! This is where you leave all of the set-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to us. 

 

 

With a Day of Coordination Package, we assist with the following:

  • Meet with our customer and the guest(s) of honor for up to 2 hours prior to event (2 weeks before) to discuss and review your event. We will also create/review schedule and any contracted services.

  • Up to five hours of phone support during 2 weeks prior to the event for last minute details, etc.

  • Confirmation of services with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the event

  • Full day of set-up and wrap up of all the details on the day of the event (up to 10 hours)

Our Hourly Planning Rate

This is a great option for those who want to do most of the planning themselves, or who are on a tighter budget but need help with ideas or organization. We meet with our customers a few times for a few hours and help them maximize their planning efforts. We have done extensive research and have established relationships with many vendors, so this is perfect if you want to seek out our expertise and utilize our resources.

This option will save you time as we will help you search for ideas with you. You will leave these meetings confidently armed with all the resources you need to take the next steps in your planning process.

 Meetings are typically held at a location the works best for both parties.
